--   --   The floor drain in the basement utility room is almost entirely covered by the HVAC cabinet overflow pan. The cabinet condensate drain line is several inches away and the water is puddled behind the drain and leaking under the pan that will cause premature damage and could result in mold growth. Modification to the condensate line or drain pan to ensure the water drains into the floor grate is recommended. Bobby?
--   --   The bottom window in the left side bedroom is cracked and need to be replaced.
--   --   There are no screens on any of the windows and these need to be installed prior to closing.
--   --   The caulking around the escutcheon plate and tub spout is missing in the both the 2nd floor hall and basement bathrooms which could allow water to seep behind them and damage the substructure. Adding a bead of caulking around them is recommended.
--   --   There is an obvious bubbled tape joint in the rear basement ceiling. This should be repaired and repainted to improve its cosmetic appearance. Osbaldo
--   --   The carpet at the threshold leading into the basement rear room is not well secured to the tack strip and the edge is lifting up. The carpet needs to be re-secured.
