Master bathroom: Toilet has movement at floor. Have a plumber remove toilet, replacewax ring/seal and re-secure toilet.
Wire is missing a romex connector where entering outlet box for low voltage wiring panel. Have an electrician repair.
One outlet in the kitchen is within 6 feet of sink and not GFCI protected. Have an electrician repair.
Sheathing is not cut out enough for proper amount of upper ventilation in attic. Have aroofer cut out sheathing for a 4" gap or add other ventilation like a thermostatically controlled vent fan or passive vents.
Install a new HVAC filter.
Flashing is not installed over garage door trim. Install Z flashing as needed. Kick out flashing is not installed at ends of step flashing on side bump out. Have a roofer install kick out flashing to insure water does not leak behind siding. Z flashing is not installed where stone meets trim board at front of home. Install flashingor apply flexible sealant to insure water cannot leak behind stone.
Front door weather stripping has a gap at bottom latch side. Adjust door and/or weatherstripping.
Right bedroom: Door latch does not catch jamb plate. Repair so that door can be locked.
Left bedroom: Door rubs carpet when opened. Cut off 1/2" from bottom of door.
Rear dining room door latch does not lock. Repair or replace door latch/lock as needed.
Powder room: Exhaust fan cover is not tight against ceiling. Secure as needed.
Master bathroom: One piece of flooring has separated behind toilet. Re-install flooring where needed.
Splash block is not installed under gutter downspout at side of heat pump. Install a splashblock to divert water from foundation. In process 10/27
Metal wrap has a small gap on trim block for front porch roof support. Apply sealantwhere needed. Tom
