The walls and ceilings were scanned with a thermal camera. The scan revealed areas of misplaced or missing insulation which is evident by the bright orange/yellow color. Make corrections in the attic. (2.2) above attic access panel - Jill
2.The dishwasher drain line did not have a high loop. Re-route the drain line and create a high loop to prevent back up water from entering the dishwasher. (3.0) CJ will fix this
Replace dirty air filters. (5.6) Jill
The condensation drain line is not depositing the condensation into the floor drain. Make adjustments to prevent water accumulation and damage. (5.7)
Patio door has been adjusted but touch up paint is needed and floors need to be cleaned
