1. Cracks throughout the community on the sidewalks, curbs, and visitor parking area. Cracks in concrete are normal
2. Quite a few dead bushes and trees. All three trees in front of the retention pond appear to be dead. Pettit - next to Lot 26 in Phase 1
3. Can we add a pet waste station in front of the retention pond area. yes, HOA can pay for it, builder will install it
4. Can we get the retention pond cleaned up. There is trash and stale water sitting. Jerry will ask Ted about this
5. In the spring can we have power washing done to clean much of the concrete sidewalks and curbs. HOA decision, not advisable
6. Add a stop sign at the end of Palomino right at unit 1467. We need more clarification
7. Add a light pole across the street from the stop sign as it’s dark in that area. Prefer closer to the deck of 1467. Will be working on street light plan
8. Add visitor parking in the new area where they are building. The site plan is already determined
9. There are wires around electric boxes at side of 1316 and 1398. From temporary meters, can be removed. I think removed 1/29
10. Grass really needs to be added around the playground area again and watered in very early spring. Will talk about it in the spring
