The front exterior door deadbolt is not functional when the door is closed fully, also noted out of place weather stripping at the bottom of the door; recommend repair to the front door components. Tom
The rear deck decking has 2 different colors at the material-reason not known; recommend repair as necessary.
Noted a rattling noise at the exterior compressor during its operation; recommend further evaluation and repair. HVAC - 1/26 or 27
Observed squeaking subfloor in the master bedroom adjacent the bathroom; recommend repair by a licensed contractor. Tom
The master bedroom closet door rubs at the carpet when opened; recommend adjusting the door.
