Wrong receptacles are installed outside, supposed to heave GFCI receptacles. Wiring is connected to receptacles but no power going to them, found breaker in panel labeled “UNFINISHED GFCI” breaker is not connected. Not sure how this passed final inspection like this. Found some inside receptacles had pulled out hot wires, and ground wires improperly tied together.
