The screen porch floorboards are gapped and let in mosquitos, flys, spiders etc. which diminishes the effect of the screened porch and has caused us to battle bugs throughout the summer on the porch and in the house when open. We are open to whatever seems like a solution to this problem. |

Shortly after moving in we noticed that the hall shower insert does not seem to be supported well underneath. There is what seems to be significant movement when standing in the shower. We mentioned it to the Dry River guys when they were here and they stepped into it and said that it felt like it was not supported underneath. |

Also shortly after moving in, we have noticed several very squeaky spots in the hardwood floor, in a few different locations. It is an annoyance and we would like to see how this can be addressed as most of the floor is not squeaky thank goodness. |
